DESCRIPTION
The sectional door is manufactured using insulated panels with a height of 495 or 615 mm and a thickness of 42 mm, made of two opposing steel sheets, male/female profiled, with a patented anti-finger-trap design.
The sectional door panel type can be selected from the following options:
- Smooth
- Smooth with single or multi-rib
- Stucco embossed*
- Stucco embossed* with single or multi-rib
- Full Vision (made with aluminum profiles)

Floor sealing is achieved by means of a double-tubular EPDM rubber gasket, while the lintel sealing is provided by an EPDM rubber lip seal.
The sliding tracks are made of coupled galvanized steel profiles.
The vertical section consists of a pair of guide profiles for roller movement, fixed to special angular wall-mounted profiles, on which lip seals are installed to ensure lateral sealing of the panels.
The horizontal section consists of a pair of curved roller guide profiles fixed to “C”-shaped horizontal support profiles, on which adjustable end-of-travel buffers, ceiling fixing hangers, anti-derailment safety traction, and rear alignment jig are installed.
The junction between the curved and vertical sections is achieved using a special concealed screw system.
The lifting system is made up of galvanized torsion helical springs mounted on galvanized steel shafts, finned and tensioned to ensure perfect door balance.
The spring assembly is fixed to the lintel and to the tracks by means of galvanized steel brackets equipped with ball bearings. Two side die-cast aluminum drums ensure door lifting by winding galvanized steel cables fixed to the bottom panel of the door.

- Pair of safety devices in case of spring breakage, fixed to the lifting system.
- Special non-climbable brackets and hinges in natural aluminum.
- Double scissor-type rollers.
- Ergonomic internal and external lifting handle for manual opening and closing of the door.
- Galvanized springs designed to guarantee 20,000 full operating cycles. Springs for 50,000 or 100,000 cycles are available on request.
- Polypropylene rope for manual door lowering.
- Aluminum identification plate showing door data, CE marking, and main safety warnings.
- Installation, use, and maintenance manual including the certificates required by current regulations.
- Single or double security lock for manual doors, with key and external release lever.
- Oven-baked painting in RAL color chart shades.
- Sections made of aluminum profiles, 42 mm thick, infilled with double-glazed acrylic panels.
- Sections made of aluminum profiles, 42 mm thick, infilled with micro-perforated aluminum ventilation grilles.
- Oval double-wall thermo-acrylic vision panel.
- Rectangular double-wall thermo-acrylic vision panel.
- Round double-wall thermo-acrylic vision panel.
- PVC ventilation grilles.
- Header panel with painted aluminum edging, or glazed header with infills matching the glazed sections.
- Side frames with painted steel tubular ends (required when side space is insufficient).
- Pedestrian door integrated into the door leaf with low threshold.
- Adjacent pedestrian door with transom.
- Side-mounted direct-drive motor (single-phase or three-phase) with “hold-to-run” or “automatic” control modes.
- Side clearance, motor side: 300 mm
- Side clearance, opposite side: 100 mm
- Lintel clearance: variable from 260 mm to 630 mm (depending on door size and type)
