DESCRIPTION
The sliding door is manufactured by coupling vertical leaf panels with a thickness of 52 mm. The panels consist of a load-bearing internal perimeter frame made of galvanized steel, covered with two opposite flat galvanized steel sheets, side-profiled with a dovetail shape designed to house the PVC coupling profile.
Thermal insulation is achieved by injected polyurethane foam. The panels are fastened together using galvanized steel profiles.
Floor and top sealing is provided by brushes fixed to the leaf, while sealing on the closing side is ensured by double-lip tubular gaskets in EPDM rubber. On the opposite side, sealing is achieved by lip gaskets mounted on the leaf and brushes fixed to the wall.
It is possible to choose the panel type of the sliding door among the following:
- Smooth
- Stucco embossed*
- Smooth wood-effect
*(orange peel effect)
The sliding door can be supplied in the following versions:
- Suspended with floor guide
- Suspended without floor guide
- Guided with floor wheels
The upper sliding track is made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 3 mm. Special support brackets combined with mounting plates allow correct positioning of the track in any installation condition. Galvanized steel mechanical end stops regulate the trolley travel during opening and closing of the leaves.
The closing stop profile is made of pre-painted sheet metal with the same finish as the leaves.
- Protective cover and casing for the upper tracks and fixing profiles, made of pre-painted sheet metal.
- Four-wheel trolleys with nylon-coated wheels and dust-proof ball bearings.
- Black painted steel espagnolette bolts, equipped with black painted galvanized steel locking rods.
- Floor-mounted strike plates for espagnolette bolts.
- Internal handles for manual operation of the leaf.
- Aluminum identification plate showing door data, CE marking and main safety warnings.
- Installation, use and maintenance manual including the certificates required by current regulations.
- Floor guide to be embedded into the floor.
- Floor guide to be surface-mounted.
- Painting in standard colors on the internal side, external side or both sides.
- Painting in non-standard colors available in RAL shades.
- Pedestrian door integrated into the leaf with ground threshold, made with a black anodized aluminum profile frame, complete with key lock and internal/external handle, or with 3-point push-bar panic handle with or without external handle and lock.
- Cut leaf with two-point push-bar panic handle, with or without external lock and handle.
- Circular or rectangular laminated glass vision panels 5+5 with rounded corners and EPDM rubber gaskets.
- Ventilation grilles in pre-painted aluminum.
- CE-marked ventilated gear motor, single-phase or three-phase.
