DESCRIPTION
The sectional door is manufactured using insulated panels with a height of 495 or 615 mm and a thickness of 42 mm, composed of two opposing steel sheets, male and female profiled, with a patented anti-finger-trap profile.
The panel type for the sectional door can be selected from the following options:
- Smooth
- Smooth with single or multi-groove
- Stucco embossed*
- Stucco embossed* with single or multi-groove
- Woodgrain stucco embossed*
- Woodgrain stucco embossed* with single or multi-groove
- Smooth woodgrain
- Smooth woodgrain with single or multi-groove
- Panelled woodgrain, smooth or stucco embossed
- Panelled smooth or stucco embossed
* (orange peel effect)
Floor sealing is achieved by means of a double-tubular EPDM rubber gasket, while the lintel sealing is provided by an EPDM rubber lip seal.
The sliding tracks are made of paired galvanized steel profiles.
The vertical section consists of a pair of guide profiles for roller movement, fixed to special wall-mounted angle profiles, on which lip seals are installed to ensure lateral sealing of the panels.
The horizontal section consists of a pair of curved roller tracks fixed to horizontal “C”-shaped carrier profiles, on which adjustable end-of-travel buffers, ceiling fixing drop rods, anti-derailment safety traction system, and rear template are installed.
The junction between the curved and vertical sections is achieved using a special concealed screw system.
The lifting system is composed of galvanized torsion springs mounted on galvanized steel shafts, finned and tensioned to ensure perfect door balancing. The spring assembly is fixed to the lintel and to the guides by means of galvanized steel brackets equipped with ball bearings.
Two side die-cast aluminum drums ensure door lifting by winding the galvanized steel cables fixed to the bottom panel of the door.

- Single or double security lock for manual doors, with key and external release lever
- Oven-baked coating in RAL colors
- Sections made of aluminum profiles, 42 mm thick, infilled with double-glazed acrylic panels
- Sections made of aluminum profiles, 42 mm thick, infilled with micro-perforated aluminum ventilation grille
- Rectangular double-wall transparent ABS windows
- Rectangular double-wall ABS windows with muntins
- Rectangular ABS ventilation grilles with aluminum grid
- Header panel with painted aluminum edging, or glazed header with infill matching the glazed sections
- Side frames with painted steel tubular end profiles (required in case of insufficient side space)
- Integrated pedestrian door with low threshold
- Adjacent pedestrian door with glazed transom
- Side clearance: 100 mm per side
- Lintel clearance: variable from 150 mm to 630 mm (depending on door size and configuration)
