DESCRIPTION

Our production line includes four models of slats that differ in size, material, shape, and application limits.

The solid rolling shutters manufactured by our company are certified in accordance with the European standard UNI EN 13241-1.

PROFILE DP100

The DP100 profile is manufactured in steel and aluminium and is used for the closure of industrial premises.

The steel version, thanks to its robustness, is suitable for medium and large-sized rolling shutters subjected to significant wind loads.

The aluminium version is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized rolling shutters that are not subjected to wind loads.

Both versions can be insulated with polystyrene or rock wool.

Available thickness: 0.7 mm
Standard finish: galvanized steel or aluminium RAL 9016

• Bottom end rail in extruded aluminium with weather seal
• “U”-shaped side guide 60 × 44 mm with double seal
• “G”-shaped side guide 60 × 80 mm with double seal
• Side end locks mounted on the slat profile
• Wind lock bracket (to be used only with “G”-shaped guides)
• Lock mounted on the extruded bottom end slate
• RAL powder coating
